We work with a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations involved in accessing European funding and in economic and social development.
With over 15 years’ experience of of managing ERDF and ESF Programmes and Community Initiatives, we understand how government works and are comfortable working directly with Ministries and Departments, and also at the interface of central government, national and regional public sector agencies and NGOs. We also have experience of working with major international consultancies to deliver technical assistance to EU Member States and candidate countries.
We are wholly committed to providing the highest level of professional advice and support to our clients, which include new EU Member States, candidate countries and potential Member States. Our approach is to work with clients to develop responses that will work in their particular operating environment. We do not offer generic, one-size-fits-all solutions.

For more than 4 years, ESEP Ltd formed part of two consortia providing technical support and advice to Ministries of the Czech Government and regional governments in the NUTS II areas.

Gordon McLaren, ESEP Ltd Director of Business Development, has been commissioned by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations to provide expert consultancy on the future roles and responsibilities of Scotland's voluntary sector in contributing to national and local development priorities under the next programming period for the European Structural Funds Programmes across Scotland.
