What We Offer : Twinning
ESEP Ltd is a mandated body under the terms of the European Commission’s Twinning Covenants.
Since 2001, this has allowed us to work in Central and Eastern Europe with Ministries and regional government agencies, helping to build capacity in the management and administration of EU funding and all that this comprises in terms of regulatory compliance, business processes, strategic planning and delivery, and partnership building and support.
To date, our twinning activities have taken place in the Czech Republic, Latvia, and Bulgaria.

Gordon McLaren, ESEP Ltd Director of Business Development, has been commissioned by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations to provide expert consultancy on the future roles and responsibilities of Scotland's voluntary sector in contributing to national and local development priorities under the next programming period for the European Structural Funds Programmes across Scotland.
