We have fast developed a positive reputation for our client-led approach to the planning and delivery of study visit programmes within Scotland. We can offer a full visit hosting service which covers arrangements for accommodation, transport, meals, presentations and meetings. We can also facilitate practical workshops for delegates and one-to-one discussions, tailored to meet your specific requirements.
In recent years, we have been pleased to receive delegations and organise study visits from Poland, Hungary, Romania, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, and South Korea, often as part of a wider comparability study with EU Member States.

Managing the Verification Process (European Structural Funds)
In 2009, ESEP Ltd developed and launched the delivery of an accredited training programme for operational staff within the Structural Funds Division of the Scottish Government, in order to provide them with the necessary knowledge and understanding of European Structural Funds management verification to a level sufficient to meet the requirements of auditors from the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors.

Gordon McLaren, ESEP Ltd Director of Business Development, has been commissioned by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations to provide expert consultancy on the future roles and responsibilities of Scotland's voluntary sector in contributing to national and local development priorities under the next programming period for the European Structural Funds Programmes across Scotland.
