What We Offer : Training

Through our staff and Associates, we have extensive, practitioner-based experience in the design and delivery of training activities and resources appropriate to the various needs of staff within Managing Authorities and Intermediate Bodies, committee members, and beneficiaries.

We support an interactive approach to training provision and our training portfolio includes a broad range of presentations, practical exercises and workshop activities. We offer training modules that are designed to meet and reflect the new requirements of the European Commission, provide practitioners with practical skills which they will be required to use in delivering and managing EU funds and IPA Programmes, and improving approaches to economic development.

Our core training programmes are developed on a modular basis and components can be delivered in a range of combinations to meet individual requirements and timescales.

Training programmes currently available include:

  • Managing the verification process (European Structural Funds) – ILM accredited
  • Sustainable Development for Programme Managers – ILM accredited
  • An introduction to European Structural Funds
  • Managing Innovation and Commercialisation
  • Managing Business Growth and Entrepreneurship.

Our hands-on experience of the management of European Structural Funds also allows us to customise training provision to meet your specific needs and interests.
