Claim Process : Submit a Progress Report
Progress Reports must be submitted before the Due Date as shown on the Claim Schedule for the project.
A Final Progress Report is required to be submitted within one month of the Financial End Date.
Electronic submission
Progress Reports are submitted electronically on the €UROSYS online system:
Hard Copy submission
A signed hard copy of a Progress Report that has been submitted electronically should be posted to the relevant office prior to the Return Date as detailed on the agreed Claim Schedule for the project.
The hard copy and supporting information should be submitted within 10 working days from the Progress Report Due Date.
European Regional Development Fund
- Signed hard copies of Progress Reports and accompanying documentation for ERDF Priority 1 and ERDF Priority 4 projects should be posted to the ESEP Inverkeithing office
- Signed hard copies of Progress Reports and accompanying documentation for ERDF Priority 2 and ERDF Priority 3 projects should be posted to the ESEP Glasgow office
European Social Fund
- Signed hard copies of Progress Reports and accompanying documentation for all ESF projects should be posted to the ESEP Glasgow office
