Experts in European Funds Management and Economic Development Across Europe
ESEP Ltd is a UK-based specialist manager of EU regional development funding programmes. Originally set up as a partnership between the Scottish Government, public sector agencies and NGOs, we have been involved in the management of four consecutive EU programming periods since 1994.
We have direct experience of all aspects of programme management and administration, including the development of operational programmes; processing and verification of progress reports and financial claims for payment; programme promotion and publicity; the monitoring of physical and financial implementation of projects; management of N+2/3; compliance issues; and programme closure activities.
Our comprehensive programme management service is available to Managing Authorities, Intermediate Bodies and beneficiaries and includes design of systems and processes to meet EU requirements, preparation of manuals and good practice guides, and provision of interactive training based on real-life situations and case studies.
We aim to help put in place structures and approaches that will deliver results not just for the project period, but well beyond. With our flexible approach, we can respond quickly to provide tailored assistance as required.
For a period of 17 months, ESEP Ltd provided expert staff with practical experience of managing European Structural Funds Programmes to assist the Technical Assistance Directorate of the Managing Authority for the Environment Operational Programme in Romania.
