Download Shadow Round Claim Form (updated January 2008)
All grant claims must provide a valid progress report and financial declaration, and be accompanied by a transaction list for the claim period. A transaction list is a breakdown of expenditure showing defrayal dates. Applicants are advised to check the eligibility of all expenditure against the National Rules on Eligibility of Expenditure that were issued specifically for the Shadow Round.
Submission of Grant Claims
A completed progress report, grant claim and transaction list should initially be sent to us in electronic format only. Please send your claim form as an attachment to [email protected] Only when you have received confirmation from us that your grant claim form has been completed correctly will you be asked to submit a signed hard copy of the form to us.
Final Claim and Project Completion Report

At the Financial End Date, a Final Claim and Project Completion Report form should be completed. In addition to the information provided in previous claims this includes a self-evaluation section covering the progress of the project. The claim should be submitted with a Transaction List detailing any remaining project expenditure which has been defrayed to [email protected]
Notification of Change
If there are any changes to your project against the approved application form you must inform us before submitting your next grant claim form. All changes must be detailed on a Notification of Change Form
Your completed form should initially be sent to us in electronic format only. Please send your Notification of Change Form as an attachment. to [email protected]
Shadow Round Claims Seminar
