How To Apply : Advisory Groups

Advisory Groups play a key role in the delivery of the Programmes.

Advisory Groups appraise the applications made for funding under the different priorities of the Programmes and provide recommendations to the Programme Monitoring Committee on which projects should be funded.

Consisting of groups of individuals with policy, project delivery and Structural Funds expertise, the Groups will review the applications of one (in some cases, several) of the Programme Priorities as part of the application approval process.

Advisory Group Membership

Membership of the Advisory Groups are decided by the Scottish Government. Members have been chosen to ensure that there is fair and effective representation of the key partners/sectors, geographical areas and important specific issues such as environmental sustainability and equal opportunities.
