Second Application Round Events
ESEP Ltd held events across Lowlands and Uplands Scotland in late July 2008 to provide information and advice on applying for Structural Funds in the Second Application Round and to introduce the Scottish Government's new €UROSYS online system.
The events included presentations by the Scottish Government on €UROSYS, covering Registration of Organisations, First Stage Application and Second Stage Application processes. ESEP provided information on other aspects of the Programmes including an update on the progress of the Lowlands and Uplands Programmes to date, clarification on eligibility of expenditure under the National Rules and, for new applicants, an overview of eligible activities under each ERDF and ESF Priority.
