How To Apply : Stage Two
A Second Stage Application Form must be submitted for each project only when applicants have successfully completed the Registration of Organisation and First Stage Application processes.
We will confirm to you in writing whether your First Stage application has been approved and invite you to submit a full second stage application form.
For the Second Round Application Round in 2008 the Second Stage Application Process will form part of the new €UROSYS system
Although documentation has not been finalised for the new process, to enable applicants to begin to prepare for a Second Stage application submission the two key documents from the First Application Round are available to download:

Before completing an application the following should be noted:
- If you are applying for funds to both the Lowlands & Uplands and Highlands & Islands Scotland Programme areas applications must be completed and submitted to each of the IABs separately.
- If applying for funds to both Lowlands & Uplands Programmes, separate ESF and ERDF applications must be completed and submitted to the IAB.

The Second Stage Application Form and any supporting documentation will need to be submitted to us both electronically and in hard copy format.
Details on the arrangements for submitting Second Stage Applications will be provided following the launch of EUROSYS in Summer 2008.
