With resources being fast depleted in Priority 2, sponsors should note the following:

• The intention is to commit the remaining resources in Measure 2.2 Transition in the 12th Application Round. This would mean that no further applications would be considered unless and until additional resources become available.
  
  
• Sponsors should therefore be aware of the benefits of giving advance notice to the Programme Management Executive of prospective applications in Measure 2.1 and in Measure 2.2 Eligible. This can be done using the appropriate Project Outline Pro-forma, that can be downloaded using the links below.

Please contact Stuart Borrowman, Programme Manager Priority 2 if you wish to discuss the details of any future projects or require assistance with completion of the Pro-formas.

The completed pro-formas should be returned to Stuart Borrowman no later than
Tuesday, 31 August 2004.
