Although ERDF grant up to 50% is available for non revenue generating Capital and Revenue projects and 25% for revenue generating Capital projects, it is also important for the Programme Executive to ensure that each programme measure is managed efficiently and effectively.

In light of this point it is recommended that, other than in exceptional circumstances, the maximum intervention rates to be used for Round 11 applications due for submission on 21 May 2004 are as follows:

Please note: Where a revenue project covers both eligible and transition areas and the available transition intervention rate is higher than the eligible rate, then the maximum intervention rate allowable for transition areas must be equal to the lower eligible rate.
