esep are now able to offer the East of Scotland Objective 2 2000-2006 Programme Complement in Pdf CD-ROM format. The Programme Complement was agreed by the European Commission on 7 October 2002. It describes the reconversion strategy for the East of Scotland, and importantly sets out in detail the Programme Priorities and Measures under which ERDF assistance will be provided. It also provides essential guidance, including the project selection criteria, to assist organisations wishing to apply for financial support.

The Programme Complement is available as a Pdf file through our downloads section (click here). However, due to the size of the file, some users of the site have experienced difficulties with downloading the document.
